[simpits-tech] TripleHead2Go...

It's a self fulfilling prophesy. People don't want to buy stuff from
someone because they are afraid of them going out of business. They go out
of business because no one buys anything and then those folks turn around
and go...see, I told you so.

Plus, the market is just so darn small, it's hard to make a living doing
just this. You have to broaden your offerings to more markets.

Leo and I and Mike have been working together to bring more and more stuff
to F-16 builders. 5 years ago there was little to go on, now as you said
David, it's a matter of having money and you can buy just about everything
you need to put a pit together. There are kits for the structure, Mike
lasers panels for the viper, leo's stuff, Mike and I make the ICP and
caution panels and we are working on a plug and go CMDS panel as well.

Oh, next thing leo and I are going to do is try to get the CRT RWR fully
functional. We got the real one I have about 90% there. There are two
issues we have problems with. I think leo is going to try to build and
offer a turn key one based on his design and thus no need for a real
display.

Leo and I had many long conversations where he was just frustrated as all
get out trying to break into the heavies market...just didn't work out for
him. However, I suspect I might hear a little bit of a change in heart for
a second go around.

Yes everything had to go through FSUIPC, but now we have SimConnect,
more doors open!

EPIC was old school and builders who invested in it are slow to give
up on all the time and money.

There are so many card builders on the market today, but the sad part
is how long they stay in business.
The panel makers like FDS are entering into the electronics game, and
the software guys like project magenta are selling hardware. Someone
starting a 737 today just needs money and a shipping address.

More and more stuff is going to be plug and play.

Leo makes great stuff, I am using his load cell amps to generate the
proper input levels from load cells and a old Plasma module. Hope to
get the 1 x Plasma-Lite + 1 x NITRO expansion cards then the analog
out will be solved
