yes, I and a friend of mine do.

We use flightgear exclusively. Since its open source, its just made for
extending for homecockpit use. 

I know from the flightgear mailing lists that others are also using it
for homecockpits.... not yet too many though. 
And of course Gene who is hanging out on those lists as well :-)
