I need a programmer...

I have an idea for a simple little program, but as my programming skills rate 
up there with my interior design flair I need someone who could write a bit of 
code for me.

What I am looking for is either, an FS2002/2004 gauge or (my preference) a 
program which talks to FS2002/4 via widefs.

If anyone can help....
