[simpits-tech] BMS: light states and shared memory

Ummm, that would be me doing the work and I will try to keep an eye on any
requests or bug reports I see here.

Changes you refer to are in the 0.8 BMS exe -- please test them and let me
know if you have any problems. The shared memory thing is not the greatest
way to interface to a game like Falcon4 but it's what we have for now so I
am trying to make it work as well as practical since it may not be possible
in an appropriate timeframe to put some better interface paradigm in play
instead (although if you've got a fast-to-code idea along those lines, I'm
happy to entertain the thought ;-).

Cheers,

Mark.
