[simpits-tech] BMS: light states and shared memory

Ran across this over at the BMS forums:

At least one developer is trying to get light states to update 
independantly in shared memory of the onscreen views, though the 
respondent on the BMS side didn;t know whether it made it into the .8 
BMS build.

If not already, it might be good for someone from here to engage with 
cobracab's folk...
