<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV>Hi all</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>To get a RC servo to go more than 180' just remove the pot wires and replace with a resistor of half the value of the pot , the servo can never find home and so will rotate in either direction forever!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Has anyone thought of floppy drives ? they contain stepper motors [ for the read/write heads ] more than capable of driving gauges with built in driver electrics if you re-use the electronics they come with , they usually just need one signal to alert the motor and then a either up or down signal for direction.</DIV>
<DIV>regards paul </DIV></div><br clear=all><hr>Overloaded with spam? With <a href="http://g.msn.com/8HMZENUK/2728">MSN 8 </a> you can filter it out</html>
