[simpits-tech] Throttle Arm base dimensions

If you are going through the trouble of making a new arm, why not either
remove the throttle pot or get a new one and mount it to the new arm and run
those wires to the throttle base.  You can make a mounting box that fits
where the real throttle arm box is.

That way you can mount the base where it is out of the way.
