[simpits-tech] Throttle Arm base dimensions

Thanks Marv. That sounds like it may be way easier than building a gear set
up. One draw back is loss of the feedback from the box as to the position of
throttle. I am sure this could be built into the new rig though, and might
even last longer than the stuff in the cougar.

If you are going through the trouble of making a new arm, why not either
remove the throttle pot or get a new one and mount it to the new arm and run
those wires to the throttle base.  You can make a mounting box that fits
where the real throttle arm box is.

That way you can mount the base where it is out of the way.
