The blame is being put onto the missile for breaking away , when the hornet was being " Trapped"

in the us  military system a investigation is being  held,  the hard point on the wing was questioned but remained silent and wouldn't let any information go , thus the investigation is still pending , while the hard point remains in the " brigg" the australians have wound up there side by side investigation with the us,  the ausies have the following recommendation that have been put into practice and a missile incident has not occured yet to date in australia :


Australia erradicated this problem by doing the following thing :

1 	Teaching there pilots to land gently, and not bang the sh*t out of there aircraft .
