First pit was a generic thing running under X-Plane. This has been
amazingly successful!  http://www.x-plane.info/cockpit/

Current plans would seem to be the restoration of a Sea Hawk cockpit which
will be cunningly converted to be used as a sim too.

Current plans may change very rapidly if the leads I've got on a Gnat
cockpit come through for me though :)
