3rd version here, every version I start, I find I want more realism than
what I'm building at the moment,
I think I built my first versin right about the time Longbow-2 was released,
1997?

Also, my fist computer flightsm, was Battle For Britain, then graduated to
Chuck Yaegers Air Combat and
Aces of the Pacific, then EF2000 and FS95, most hours spent in a sim for me
are:

1.Falcon 4
2.EF2000
3.Chuck Yaegers AC
my wife still comments to this day of all the machine gun noises I made in
CYAC
every evening.

Here's a contest for the list: Who has been working on cockpits the longest?
:) Geez, lets see if I can even remember... my first real project was with
Flanker (the ORIGINAL, NOT 2.0!), I was just going to build a small box with
gear controls and whatnot to put on my desk. That was, lets see... Geez I
cant even remember. Early high-school at least, so at least 4 years ago.
Probably more. And no, I've never finished a project! LOL

Not to go completely political on this list, but I gotta say this. I stand
behind Bush myself. He may not be the greatest president ever, but I'm sure
glad he was around for the 11th rather than that other guy. That being said,
there is NEVER a time when someone shouldn't be able to make a critical
comment about the president. Gene's comment isn't going to undermine his
authority or make his job any harder, it's just an oppinion/joke. Last I
checked those are still legal. As much as I can disagree with some of the
critics sometimes, I still believe people have the right to criticize
whoever they want until they're blue in the face. If you start nibbling at
those rights, you are heading back to the dark days of McCarthy. No thanks.

And yes, this is all coming from a conservative and a member of the Armed
Forces.
