  Hi Jean,

I will go out to the real cockpit we have in house at where I work and =
measure that for you. Realize this:
The consoles have multiple angles. The inward tilt of the left and =
right side "down" into the cockpit is one, and the other is a more =
subtle one....the fore and aft consoles change angles slightly as they =
go backward into the cockpit. This is becuase of ergonomics...as you =
swing your arms in an arc while in the sitting position you can see why =
the General Dynamics Cockpit Design Team put in that angle change. I =
notice that many home sim pit builders make their side consoles flat and =
have no "arc' planes to them nor do they put in the inward tilt of the =
side consoles. This becomes really noticable as you are sitting in the =
ACES II at the 30 deg incline, and you try to SEE and REACH the controls =
that are towards the back of the consoles ( aft cockpit areas) it the =
angles are correct, you can easily see them and reach them. If not you =
have to grunt and strain.=20
If you will Email me at my work addy, I have a set of Drawings ( =
official) for the console design....also many others. I dont mind =
helping out home sim builders. But it is very important that this =
information does not end up at a company called Hi Rev Sims. I am tired =
of unwittingly providing them with information.
  My work Email is cwoodul@fain.com
I am a simpits member on my home computer only ( to keep it simple to =
keep up)

  Take care and good luck

  Chris Woodul
