What I'm up to at the moment is interesting:

OpenGEM 5 IS on its way, but I wanted to take some extra time out to
think about ways to make it better. I'm really sorry about that guys,
but I figured that it's best to make sure everything is working in the
way I want it to, rather than try to rush the release out. OpenGEM 4 is
so stable and we don't want to introduce the next generation before its
time. For me, that means working out a better way to make the UPDATE
and INSTALL function work without breaking compatibility with OpenGEM 4.

Everything will be ready shortly.

What's been delaying me a little is my work on Mobility Email
(http://mobility.shaneland.co.uk), and develops around that are going
very well. We're now in coordinated development with a guy from the US
government on remote backup systems for user profiles and mail (highly
encrypted), and we'll reach version 1.0 of Mobility in the next month or
so. In the next day or two we'll have our 5,000 user.

Other things are afoot in my life, mainly work related. Because this
will affect OpenGEM, I'll post my news to the list in the next couple of
weeks.

Regards

Shane
