Maybe it's different in the colonies, but regular cellulose or two-pack
paint over here is quite cheap. You can of course spend a fortune on fancy
flip or candy paints, but that's not what you need.

I can get cellulose at about £20 per gallon.  Wossat, about 30 bucks?
