If you have a digital photo of the cockpit..

You could (with a copy of the original, don't mess up the original)

Open that photo in say MS paint (or whatever), use the color select tool to select the color from the cockpit your trying to get.
 Make a big shape (square or whatever) of that color, print it out 
then take it to a paint supplier (local, HD. Lowes, ACE, Best, whatever) and have them crank out a gallon from that paint chip.
 

retrying got errors last time I sent this one out.

I don't know that there is one that covers _all_ aircraft.  There would 

likely be service-specific requirements too.
