I just had an idea for you to try...

look for the [window.n] section in the .FLT file.
Add these lines:

[window.99]
order=00
active=true
undocked=true
screenunicoords=0,0,10,10
undoccoords=0,0,0,0


I haven't tested this - it's just a guess.
