I'm using is a tiny little thing I got from Costco (a warehouse store) for 
$89 last year.  No zoom or other features and you can't mount it on a 
tripod (it's about the same size & shape as a pack of cigarettes) but 
it'll hold 30 minutes of video and has a built-in USB dongle.
