I'm on a mailing list for a custom-designed R/C transmitter encoder board 
called the MicroStar 2000.  One of the list members is an active duty U2 
pilot and a list-member posted this video today.

I've asked the U2 guy if he can tell me the dimensions of the glass 
displays.  They look very much like COTS 16:9 displays that have been 
rotated 90 degrees.
