[simpits-tech] Tulsa Aviation Museum needs help with FSX kiosk

Has anybody here played with the FSX kiosk? 
The Museum contacted me for help with their new little generic F-14 sim.(Ive seen it but they wouldnt let me take pics at the time)
   
  Here is what they emailed,
  "We are creating our flights in FSX, saving them and then loading them into the kiosk mode.  When we open them in kiosk our changes of aircraft color, carrier vs. airport are not saved."
   
   
  I havent found any info on customizing the kiosk mode. I had thought you had to use missions. 
  Any help would be great.
