Thanks for the link Dave.  It's got some good info on it, but I'm hoping 
to see an actual jig in use.  The lacing examples are very good though.

I'm hoping to be able to write a tutorial on how this kind of thing is 
done and how it can be applied to our projects.  The hard part is the 
research. :)
