Metal is easy, just stick a chunk bigger than the part in the mill and take 
off the parts that shouldn't be there. Piece of cake :)

Or use a dremel if you're mill-impaired. Now I'm going to get back to taking 
off what doesn't look like a rearset adapter for my bike.
