[simpits-tech] Need fibreglass info...

OK so im wanting to make a one-off glaresheild for my C172 project. I
want to make it from a foam core and fibreglass. 
I bought some glass cloth and resin. I think it’s a polyester resin (its
blue in color)
I want to get some foam but understand that some types of foam will
simply melt (like hot water on ice) when I lay it up.
Can someone tell me what type of foam I need to buy?
