My solution is pretty simple. Make the plaintiff's lawyer provide a bond
equal to the estimated defense costs when the suit is filed. Plaintiff wins,
lawyer gets the bond back. Defendant wins, he gets the bond. This will throw
the airbrakes on a very large number of the BS cases filed every day.
