[simpits-tech] rotary encoder

If that means having to progroam in C or something like that then I wouldnt know where to start. Speaking of which, is there a free C compiler that can be downloaded?

Why not use Phidget encoders. Just plug in the USB cable and away you
go. I got a heap of them in my C172.
