[simpits-tech] Falcon multiple monitor support workaround

My goal will be simply to work out to check my six. I can deal with the side views but looking forward in order
to look back can certainly become disorienting. I figure a monitor over left shoulder and one on right with a video splitter and mirror setup should do the trick. Or mirrors on the front like in some planes.
