[simpits-tech] Hagstrom KE24 problems

I heard back from Hagstrom this morning. I will be sending my KE-24 in to them for repair. Their repair rates are very reasonable. They even said they could triple the macro memory with a non-standard customization and give me the latest version of KE24CFG. Looks like I'm back on track after all! :-D
This is such awesome customer service considering I didn't buy the board from them but got it secondhand on Ebay.

You're right James, Phidgets wouldn't work well in this instance - although I am sure that I COULD program one. I am a VB programmer by trade. :-) If I could solve my problem with a bit of programming that would be great. At this point only a Hagstrom would work the way I need it to.
