BTW it is not really a screen scrape. You just render the MFD's always,
whether it be for screen, sh.mem. or both.

The blit out of vid.mem doesn't hurt too much with a modern DX9 compliant
vid.card. Framerate of the '1' view just gets more towards the 2d cockpit
view frame rate.
