[simpits-tech] VB Programming

I've just uploaded an example VB project that I developed for just
exactly what you need. 
I put a bunch of wrappers around the FSUIPC stuff to make it a little
easier for those who have not coded before
The example program give you enough to get going and uses COM1 as an
example.
