Hi Marc,
I bought the "Drill Doctor" at Home Depot. IIRC, ~ $100. It works very well for me. Easy to use and the bits are sharpened like new. I'm no machinist, but the bits work well for all the steel and aluminum projects I've been doing. I haven't bought a bit since(except for broken) it got the machine.

I'm tired of collecting dull drill bits, I take alot of care with my bits but after a while they go dull
