although the motion base is a good idea however upon investigation if one was 
to pay 50k for a 6 degree movement  which is silly money it would more 
prudent to concentrate on the visuals for fuller immersion being bold and as 
to the completion of the pit as you are receiving in due coarse a full set of 
working drawings may I suggest that you fabricate out of sheet metal the pit 
itself it self as it is lighter and one at the same can add the leading edges 
and raise it above floor level hence the climb in feel from inception just a 
few ideas to consider
