with the guide rails being made of hollow bar, I am lucky enough to have
my own workshop and machines. the end frames took about 20 hours each
,the footpads about the same. the cost of materials was not that much,
the most expensive parts being the linear potentiometers they come in at
=A3135.00 each,the return spring pressure on the rudder is 20 Kgf the toe
brakes are 15 Kgf after talking to Martin &quot;Pegasus&quot; I will
increase the toe brakes to 18 Kgf. I have had some enquires as to making
sets, and will give it some thought, I would make patterns for the two
frames and the foot pads and cast my own to speed up build time. the
pedals weigh&nbsp; 7 Kg and work with the cougar set-up very well. hope
