Hello mike ,thanks for your comments,the pedals are machined from =
aluminium , with the guide rails being made of hollow bar, I am lucky =
enough to have my own workshop and machines. the end frames took about =
20 hours each ,the footpads about the same. the cost of materials was =
not that much, the most expensive parts being the linear potentiometers =
they come in at =A3135.00 each,the return spring pressure on the rudder =
is 20 Kgf the toe brakes are 15 Kgf after talking to Martin "Pegasus" I =
will increase the toe brakes to 18 Kgf. I have had some enquires as to =
making sets, and will give it some thought, I would make patterns for =
the two frames and the foot pads and cast my own to speed up build time. =
the pedals weigh 7 Kg and work with the cougar set-up very well. hope =
