I contacted the people at http://maxpoweraero.com/ and
they have been more than happy to sell parts for my
sim project. Other companies tend to tell us sim
builders to go away, but they have stayed in contact
with me. Contact them at Parts@maxpoweraero.com 

They do deal in flightworthy parts, so expect high
prices. They want $500.00 for a DC-8 radome. But at
least they are willing to sell.
