Hi Keenan,
Simkits has some hole cutout templates for gauges. I am not sure that is
what your asking for though.

Pre cutted Face Plates

Would you like to design your own faceplates? This package contains 20
sheets of blank Glossy Inkjet paper wherein the faceplates are pre cutted.
They can be printed with your inkjet printer. Included in the package are 20
sheets of standard paper, preprinted with the cut-out of the face plate to
adjust your printer setting before using the Glossy Paper cut out

I mean standard hole cutout templates that can be used to layout a panel
arrangement.  They show shaft, gauge, and fastener crosshairs.  (The kind of
stuff that you would find in a CAD program library)
