Not that I know of.  Since most gauges fall into the 3.5 and 2.25 inch
"standard", you just use a hole saw to punch through the panel.  Aircraft
Spruce makes this neat little template that will properly mark the corner
holes for such instruments.  It has little tabs that border the diameter
of the instrument hole to align it for marking.  I think it's $11.
