The simplest way to simulate this is with a simple cam and follower. The
follower has a spring which is attached to an electric linear actuator. The
linear actuator stretches the spring based on airspeed, which makes the cam
harder to turn. The shape of the cam matches the increase in aerodynamic
loading on the control surface. The more you turn the cam the harder it
becomes.

If you want to add trim you just add another actuator which rotates the
follower to a new neutral position. Now the physical position of your
control stick will have moved, this will allow you to trim to relieve
pressure on the control stick.
