[simpits-tech] Dual Differential Toe Brakes.. How? (I'm stuck!)

Hi Folks,

I am trying to get the toe brakes in my 767 working...

I have connected 100K pots to the Captains and Co-Pilots left and right
brake pedal, 4 pots.

The trick / question is how can I make it all work?

Lets just take the left brake, I have two analogue inputs to merge.

Attempt 1:

I wired the pilots and co-pilots pots in parallel.

Problem 1: I ended up with a signal (resistance) range that was very
small, and the pilots pot gave greater readings than the co-pilots, mean
that the co-pilot could never get full braking.

Attempt 2:
I have a ISA Epic card, I thought I could program like so:

 - I have two real analogues, and one virtual (controlled by epic).
 - The virtual is connected to the left brake on FlightSim.

1. Read Analogue inputs 0 and 1 (Pilots left and Co pilots left brakes)
2. If 0 is greater than 1, then set virtual output to the same as 0.
3. If 1 is greater than 0, then set virtual output to the same as 1.

Problem 2:
This was a great theory, except that I can't get epic to call the
function. How do I get epic to call a function based on an analogue
input change?

I am really stuck here. Any advice, ideas or suggestions?

Cheers,
