[simpits-tech] Panel print-outs

My 2 cents:

I don't know for certain about the military panels, but the
commercial airliner panels use a standard width of 14.6 cms.
This is very close to 103% on the 14.25, so it may be
correct that the panels need to be enlarged by the 3%.
