2 ways I can think of offhand, one is doable at home, the other isn't
unless you have way too many cool toys ;)

Home method- Carve what you want out of basswood, seal it with epoxy,
polish the hell out of it, make a mold, and cast it in aluminum filled
resin.

Cool toys method- 4 axis CNC. I don't even want to write that toolpath
