X-Panel was very useful for us, having a zero budget it meant we could
rapidly have different instrument setups for whatever we were doing. It
was written for a generic sim after all!

I've almost finished writing a little PFD (?) for my new pit which is a
640x480 display showing Attitude, map, HSI and Engine data. This runs
through a TV out card to a 5" TV built into a box with 8 buttons
surrounding it for changing mode, map range etc etc.  I'll have pics of
this in a few days.

It would be fairly easy to produce glass stuff for x-plane if I knew what
all the info presented WAS!
