You'll need 2 things to bag glass, beyond the bag and sucking device:
peel ply and breather. The peel ply is just nylon cloth, if I remember
right. Put it down directly on the surface of the part, as smooth as you
can get it. The other is breather. Just about anything with a bit of
thickness will work. Felt does it, so does soft cotton. The peel ply
keeps the breather from sticking to the part, the breather lets the air
move out and sucks up the extra resin.

I think it was X-Panel I couldn't get to run right. I was using my
laptop in the attempt, and it's not particularly fast, so that could
have been the problem. Glass would be nice, though. It would be a bit
silly to have analog instruments on what is obviously a monitor, no? ;)
