I got the list and quote from Korry. I was fishing for their scrap knobs.
The lady was really nice and at first it sounded like I was going to get
there seconds for just shipping cost. As it turned out they didn't have any
seconds and she put this list together for the block 50.
Way beyond my wallets pain tolerance.

I'd have to check those numbers, but you're getting warm.  Seems that you
have more different types than what I found, but that could be the
difference in Block versions.
