Agreed your two datapoints would seem to outweigh one quick post to a newsgroup.  I know better than to draw to an inside straight (at least anecdotally) but the more datapoints the better.  In truth, the 12 degree offset does make sense in the ergo world.  We'll see if this guy is for real if he writes back from work tomorrow - work being Link ,Ink. :)
