[simpits-tech] MIME & JPG

I have noticed that Outlook Express often tells me that a file is in MIME format and 
that I won't be able to read all of it.  I also never see any JPG attachments.  Only a 
bunch of characters.

I have been experminting with other email readers.  Currently I have Pegasus, it 
shows the MIME (I think) but I still don't see the JPG pictures.  Is there a way to get 
JPG & MIME to show up on Outlook Express?  Or is the solfware being used by 
Simpit's server not allowing the pictures to come through?  BTW- JPG attachments 
do show up on emails I receive from others.
