  If you know someone in the military here and at your destination country
(US Military), you can ship to them via an F.P.O. , Fleet Post Office, or
whatever the Army, Airforce equiv is,
  I've shipped many a seabag home that way, not real fast though, but cheap,
and the customs is nill. Might be worth checking into if you have some
connections in the AF's.
