Hey Chris,

I'm definitely sympathetic to your business, no doubt. But I'd suggest, if
you ever get the spare time, that this would make a great addition to the
simpits.org article section!

Actually, come to think of it, there's a lot of good ideas and information
floating around on this list that could stand to be written up and
imortalized! Be nice to start filling out the simpits webpage some more, it
seems like the list is becoming the repository for all information. It's
great at the time, but when you're trying to figure out a solution to a
problem you KNOW someone's already solved, it'd be nice to just jump over to
the articles section rather than prodding around the list archives! :)
Anyway, just my two bits, pipe dream or not.

Brian

Hi Justin,

IF you pulled the stick aft your straps actually loosen, as you are pushed
down into the seat, your straps tighten upon NEGATIVE G on the aircraft.
G seats work by a combination of strap tighting and eye point changing, as
well as seat pan "hardening"
Give me a call and Ill walk you thru the practicalites of G cueing seats.
I would type more on this ( and many other problems I see listed here every
day) but I dont have the time or patience to always type it all out.
I just gave presentation to Link today along with our partners Cranfield
Aerospace in the UK on our G cueing solution....the science and engineering
involved is indeed extremely complex.

Chris
