No chance for cheaper prices as long as you insist on Air Freight. Air =
freight is measured length X width X height X weight, result not =
affordable. The only way to get it down is via sea freight. Smallest =
shipment is one cubic meter and should cost somewhere around the 250 =
-300 range. Add to this import tax, port charges and you should be in =
the 400 dollars.

Hoi Marc,
I always let the sender use USPS if possible. As far as I know they =
are the cheapest and have good service.
But the packages I have shipped were fairly small, never had such a =
big shipment. I know Martin Ingold had some large shipments in the past, =
maybe he has some usefull tips.

sure there must be a better and cheaper way.
I know some of you ship large items (like cockpits) around and may =
