Lets say they converted 300 F-4's to QF-4s. If they
average 3 flights of being shot at before being
destroyed then you have 900 live missile tests, Thats
quite a few. I wonder if QF-16's average survival rate
would be the same, considering it has one engine. I
have no idea what the QF-106 survival rate was. They
seemed to last a long time.
What I wonder is, after they've been hit, can
something useful be fouwreckagethe wreakage? If they'd
let me I'd sure go look. maybe salvageabled be some
salvagable ejection seat parts.

I suppose, but at least a drone would be very cheap to
make, so running
out of them wouldn't be as much of a problem. Of
course if they don't
blow them up faster than other fighters become
obsolete, I guess that's
not a problem anyway.
