I'm guessing here, but I bet a conversion of an
already built fighter type is cheaper than scratch
building a drone that is the same size. The fighter is
already paid for, they just have to add the remote
control systems. That being said, I wish they would
just give the fighters to me rather than shooting them
down ;)

I would hope not. :) I meant the aircraft could be
designed without
provision for the pilot in the first place...the
cockpit and certain
systems, like O2, are just wasted resources in a
pilotless drone.
	Why coudldn't a drone be made full size?
