I will... I forgot and left the stinkin' camera at work!

It's not much... old TH-55 cockpit. It was hanging from the ceiling
in a local restaurant. The owner said "You can have it if you can
figure how to get it out of here." A friend of mine was actually the
one that wanted it (for all the wrong reasons). "What do you think it
would take to get it flying again" was his exact question. Lets see...
the tail boom has been chopped down to 5ft and the rotor blades down to
3ft. Some of the frame remained but not much. There is nothing that
resembles an engine or any engine part and no transmission (only the
mast and rotor head and several parts missing from that.) It is missing
1 cyclic and the two of the pedals (posts are still there). The
landing gear... what landing gear? The identification plate is long
gone and the only clue as to the serial number or tail number is an
ancient sticker I found on the panel. I told him the only way it would
ever fly again is if he were to throw it off a cliff. The best part was....
It all had to be removed out of a standard 7'x3' door. I was not able
to make the "removal party" but he did an excellent job getting it out.
He finally decided that it was taking up space at his place and called
me to see if I wanted it. My boss helped me get it home and now the
wife is mad cause her convertible volkswagen lost its place in the
garage :-P .

I think it is a perfect candidate for 8' rear projection and a 21"
monitor for the instrument panel.

I will post pics to my web site asap.

Thanks....
Ed
